Q: Will the transfer be direct transfer or stop en-route?

A: Our main policy is to drop off or pick-up our guests from the entrance of their accomodation units may fail with inevitable reasons of narrow roads, road blockings, demostrations or rallies, etc. We can suggest you a convenient point to manage your arrival and departure service with your approval.

Q: Do you accept Credit / Debit Cards? What are the alternatives to pay my transfer costs?

A: Yes we do. You may pay with all major credit / debit cards such as visa, master, euro, amex. etc. with SSL support. Methods of Payments: 1- Pay on Arrival; you should pay cash the whole sum (arrival & departure services) to our representative at your Arrival Destination Airport in GBP, EURO, USD or Turkish Lira calculated from the current excahange rate. Refusal of payment will stop your all transfer services. 2- Card Payments; on-line payment drafted from your credit or debit card whilst the payment step of your booking with regards to your selection of "card payment". No extra fees (admin, comission, etc) will be accessed to your card and TRTRANSFERS.COM never sees your credit card details - payments are processed by Garanti Bank (3rd biggest bank of Turkey).

Q: What is your Amendment & Cancellation policies?

A: Amendments: Per Amendments in each bookings made between 5-11 hours before your transfer time will also be priced from 60 TL (or equivalent currency in GBP, EURO, USD) of administration fee. Less than 5 hours modifications will not be approved but may compensate as surcharged over actual Private Transfer Rates from the requested vehicle type.
Cancellations: You may cancell your booking at any time. The admin fee of 30% will be charged for the cancellations made between 3-7 days to your travelling date then the rest from the total amount of booking will be refunded asap. Cancellations occured over 7 days from your travelling date will be refunded after the deduction of 3% card fees if discharged by credit or debit card.
Last Minute Cancellations Charges:
Between 48-72 hours; 50% of total will be deducted
Between 12-47,99 hours; 70% of total will be deducted
Between 0-11,99 hours; 100% of total will be deducted

Q: Why do I need Transfer Voucher?

A: Transfer Voucher is your ticket reproduced as soon as you submit your reservation with all clarifications of your flight details, itineraries, contact numbers and reference ID (need to follow your booking and for quick & safe correspondences). Voucher also gives you a chance to review the correctness of your entered items and proove that you have a valid confirmation for the services requested by you. We recommend you to have a print-out or copy the requires texts on it to be safe at your arrival & departure.

Q: I can not receive any e-mail after I finalized my booking?

A: Please check the protection settings of your e-mail program might be recognized as spam or junk. That mails are auto produced and can be mark as spam cause of huge mail traffic.

Q: I noticed a mistake or want to modify my booking. What do I have to do?

A: Easy, just select the "MY BOOKINGS" tab and enter your valid mail, with your transfer voucher reference number then your bookings will be completely reachable. From now on your booking can be tracked all and you may send an e-mail to modify@trtransfers.com with your updated informations to be revised. Your modificated voucher will be reproduced as soon as your mail is being received. If you need to make last moment changes please call the emergency number on your voucher.
*** We always try our best to control your booking and warn you asap against errors or failures entered but may omit to inform you or delayed cause of heavy traffic in operation department.

Q: How do I meet you at the airport?

A: Just a glance after leaving the arrival gate to see the hand label TRTRANSFERS.COM at Antalya Airport. For Dalaman Airport please go directly to Desk #: 21 and at Milas-Bodrum Airport find Desk #: 22 (all are in Parking Field of Internationa Arrivals). In Adnan Menderes (Izmir) Airport you should go to Gate “B” at International Arrivals exit to find our staff with hand label “Sozgen Tourism”. Our airport supervisors will be pleased to help you finding your vehicle and placement of your goods. Never delay to call the Emergency Number for no welcomes at the Airport.

Q:What process do I have to follow for delayed flights?

A: We always monitor the flights and take our actions for such changes. Basicly we do not intend to surcharge for delays but may occur for 6 hours and more delays. The pricing will be figured due to the expected passengers from the same flight and vehicle type but never exceeds your one way transfer cost. Your instant call will help us to restrain any faults in Airport Monitors.

Q: I will stay in a private property, what sould I do?

A: We need you to enter the clear adress at your booking procedure not to waste time. You would be better to state some well known references (hotel, shopping mall, etc) next or near to your property to perform our service well-done.

Q: What procedures are offered for disabled people?

A: Please fill the required space in your boooking form. You may also write to Remarks Area for the exposition of the situation. Your own wheel chair is carted free of charge but hiring from Airports and us is also possible. Mind that Disabled People transfer has to be Private and type of vehicle might be changed to an expensive one (eg: minibus instead of car) related with the number of passengers at the same booking.

Q: Do you have baby seats and transfer cost for babies?

A: Sure we have and not payable but need your prompt at your booking form. Babies between 0-24 months are free of charge and over will be full priced.

Q: How long do I have to wait in the Airport?

A: You may wait almost an hour for shuttle transfers. Private Transfer vehicles will depart at once as soon as the arrival of the last passenger in the same booking. Please see article "m" in Terms & Conditions for details.

Q: How many luggage can I have?

A: Shuttle Transfers: The luggage limits on the shuttle transfers are exactly as same as the flight luggage allowance; a standard size of luggage plus a hand bag. Any excess luggage can be carried at the discretion of the airport controller / driver may arise an extra charge. We never intend to charge for excess luggages but relevant with the type of vehicle and quantity of passengers as well.
Private Transfers: Luggage policy is rather same as being clarified above but more flexible even engaged with the type and model of the car.

Q: Do I need to tip the driver?

A: Your cost does not include a tip. If you are pleased and comfortable in your journey you may encourage the driver for progressions with a small tip.

Q: Smoking is Free?

A: No, all vehicles are smoke-free with the drivers as well.

Q: Last minute bookings may possible?

A: Yes indeed, need you to enter our web page and fill the booking form at least 24 hours before your flight?

Q: What do I have to do if your car or I will be late for my departure transfer?

A: We need your urgent call to our Emergency Phones (signified in the down below of your Transfer Voucher) if our vehicle is delayed more than 15 minutes of pick-up time without any prior notice. You will be clarified for the convenient process to recover the situation immediately.
One of the hardest situation occurs in your being late for departure transfers can be caused missing of the plane and consequented with huge costs charges. We strictly advise to be awakened for your departure transfer since our vehicles may wait only 10 minutes from your confirmed pick-up time and you would be better to take a taxi as soon as you understand missing of your transfer. No refund is available for such cases.
